Booking & Accounts

How do I sign up / create an account?

You register using your phone number and verify via OTP.

I did not receive the OTP, what do I do?

It might be hiding in your SMS spam or junk folder.

Here’s how to check:

iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open the Messages app.
  2. Tap “Filters” in the top left corner.
  3. Select “Unknown Senders” to see if our message is there.

Android

  1. Open the Messages app.
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) or the menu icon.
  3. Go to “Spam & blocked” (or “Spam folder”) to check for our message.
Is there an age requirement?

Yes, you must be 16 years or older to make bookings.

What time does the court booking slot open?

New slots are added daily at noon.

e.g. For non-members, Tuesday slots are release at noon on the Monday one week before.

When do I pay for bookings?

Payment is due immediately when you confirm your booking.

What if I’m late (arrive after my slot start time)?

We don’t provide refunds for the time you’ve missed. Your session start and end times will still be as per your booking slot.

Court Usage

How do I access the courts?

Doors to the court can be unlock via a button available on your booking page.
(You can access the page from the “My Bookings” link in the website menu)

It can also be accessed by using the unlock button in the link provided in your booking confirmation SMS.

Do I have to keep my phone with me to unlock the door everytime I leave the court?

Once unlocked, the door will remain unlock for the rest of the time slot.

When can I access the courts?

The unlock function can only be used during your booking slot.

I forgot something in the court, what can I do?

The door lock is activated at the end of your time slot, you may still exit using the door release button located beside the door.

If you have left something behind, you drop us a Whatsapp message at 81383863 and we can remotely unlock it for you.

Cancellations & Credits

What is your cancellation policy for regular bookings?

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your booking, you get 100% credit.

For cancellations less than 48 hours before, there is no refund or credit.

Can credits be used like cash?

No, credits don’t have cash value. They can only be used to book courts or related services.

How long are credits valid?

Six (6) months from the date of issuance.

Wet Weather / Refunds

When does the wet weather refund system apply?

Each time slot is divided into 15 minutes block (e.g. 1:00-1:15pm, 1:15-1:30pm, 1:30-1:45pm, 1:45-2:00pm)

The system checks the rain sensors on site for rain for each 15 minute block, regardless of usage you will be eligible for a refund in credit if it rains during any of the 15 minute block.

The refund option (refund button) will appear automatically on your booking management page when conditions qualify.

As per our fair use policy, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting a refund once the booking has been utilised.

Do you offer refunds for wet courts following heavy rains?

No, refunds do not apply for wet court conditions.

How is the refund calculated?

Refund = 25% of booking price x number of 15 minutes block with rain recorded

e.g. if rain is recorded from 1:00-1:30pm, 50% of the booking price is refunded in credits

If I have a consectutive court bookings (e.g. 2pm to 4pm), will refunds apply for the entire session?

No, each time slot is evaluated individually for refund eligibility.

How can I initiate the refund of credits?

The refund option (refund button) will appear automatically on your booking management page when conditions qualify.

Click the button to initiate the refund, the credit will be reflected in your account on your booking page.

Where can I check my credits?

Credits can be view on your bookings page here.

It is shown near the top of the page.

Do these credits expire?

Yes, all credits must be used within 6 months from the issue date.

Membership & Booking Privileges

How to sign up as member?

Go to “My Bookings” link on the menu, login if you have not already.

Click on “Buy Premium”.

What are the benefits of a membership?

Lower rates (members pay less than public rates)

Longer advance booking window (members get 2 weeks vs public’s 1 week)

Higher booking cap per week (members can book up to 8 active slots vs public’s 2 active slots)

How long is my membership valid for?

Memberships are valid for one (1) month from the date of successful payment, not by calendar month.

For example:

  • If you purchase a membership on 10 March, it will be valid until 9 April.
  • If you purchase on 25 August, it will expire on 24 September.

Membership benefits (member rates, booking limits, advance booking window, etc.) apply for the full one-month period starting from the payment date.

Events & Corporate Bookings

Do normal policies (cancellation, wet weather refunds) apply to event bookings?

No — event and corporate bookings follow special rules:

  • You must book at least 2 months in advance and pay fully upfront.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days before event: No refund.
  • Weather-related refunds do not apply for events.

Facility & Safety Rules

What kind of attire is acceptable?

Proper sportswear and non-marking shoes (for pickleball) are required (to protect court surfaces).

What if I damage facility property?

You’re responsible for any damage caused during your booking.

What behaviours are prohibited?

Smoking, alcohol, and disruptive conduct are not allowed. Management reserves the right to terminate bookings for misconduct, with no refund in such cases.

How are you addressing the pickleball noise?

We have taken several measures to reduce pickleball sound. Noise barriers have been installed as part of the current works, including a reinforced court structure designed to support a 4,760gsm acoustic blanket.

We have also planted a hedge along the boundary that will grow to provide a natural sound buffer; it is being pruned regularly to encourage denser growth over time.

In response to community feedback, we have restricted events to the hours of 9am to 9pm.

Liability & Insurance

Do you insure me or my belongings?

The facility has public liability insurance (as required by law), but that does not cover personal injury or loss/theft of belongings.

What happens if something goes wrong due to your fault?

Our financial liability is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Privacy & Data Protection

What personal data do you collect and why?

At minimum, phone number (for registration and OTP). Additional data may be collected with your consent, for service provision, AI weather system, payment, etc.

How long do you keep my data?

Active accounts: data retained while account is active

Closed accounts / booking records: kept for 7 years (for legal & accounting)

Weather sensor data: retained for ~30 days (for dispute resolution)
