PART B: WET WEATHER POLICY

Effective Date: 16 December 2025

B1. Overview

This weather policy applies to our outdoor facilities in Singapore’s tropical climate. It covers Smashing Pickle Pickleball Club (7 courts) and Smashing Futsal Turf Pitch (2 courts), both located at 2 Jurong Gateway Road.

B2. Wet Weather Refund

B2.1 Wet Weather Refund Calculations

Each time slot is divided into 15 minutes block (e.g. 1:00-1:15pm, 1:15-1:30pm, 1:30-1:45pm, 1:45-2:00pm)

The system checks the rain sensors on site for rain for each 15 minute block, you will be eligible for a refund in credit if it rains during any of the 15 minute block.

Refund = 25% of booking price x number of 15 minutes block with rain recorded
e.g. if rain is recorded from 1:00-1:30pm, 50% of the booking price is refunded in credits

B2.2 Per-Slot Refund Calculation

Weather-related refunds are calculated on a per-slot basis.

  • Total number of 15 minutes block with rain recorded is only calculated at the end of the slot
  • If you have multiple bookings on the same day, each time slot is assessed and refunded individually

B2.3 Refund Button

If the booking slot is eligible for refund of credits, a refund button will automatically appear on the booking slot on your booking page after the end of the slot, and be active for 48 hours.

If you need a refund for your slot, you can just click on this button and the refund will be credited into your accout.

B2.4 Credit System

All weather-related refunds are issued as credits, not cash:

  • Credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date
  • Credits will be reflected on your accounts page
  • Can be used to book courts at any of our facilities
